Collaborative Services Technical Training - JDA Collaborate provides business with the ability to allow external and internal supply chain partners to collaborate on various planning component data. JDA Market Manager provides businesses with the ability to share information related to the creation, approval, planning, execution, and evaluation of market activities. This two-day training will provide the fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for supporting the JDA Collaborate and JDA Market Manager applications. Key topic areas include: architecture of the web applications, the installation and system configuration, batch files, and how to execute them, include a review of security and administration of maintenance.

JDA Transportation Technical - This two-day instructor-led workshop will provide technical knowledge and hands-on experience to assist with the installation and maintenance of the Transport applications in the client’s environment. The participant will learn about the Transport application architecture, the system requirements, and the installation and configuration of the applications. The participant will learn about the Transport processes and data loading involved with supporting the application on a regular basis. In addition, the participant will also learn about the security administration and maintenance required for the Transport applications. The course focuses on Transport; however Carrier, Freight Payment, and Monitor will also be presented in context to the solution. Participants will take the knowledge from the training and be able to start supporting the Transport application in their environment.

JDA Reporting Technical - This instructor-led workshop provides the basic knowledge required to install, configure, and administer the JDA Reporting application including application architecture. Participants also learn about the client tool named Framework Manager for metadata modeling and about the web user interfaces for authoring and viewing reports, Report Studio. Additional discussion will cover security settings and server administration. This workshop is targeted towards technical associates who are responsible for configuring the application and working with the metadata layer.

Basics of Common Security Administration Application Technical - The Common Security Administration Application is provided by the JDA Foundation and is used to design and support security administration for the JDA web-enabled applications. This instructor-led workshop will provide the fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for using the Common Security Administration application. The participant will learn about the Common Security Model (CSM) and how to configure the Common Security Administration (CSA) to represent their distinct business model. The participant will also learn about each of the six areas within the CSA and how to create, edit and delete security objects as required. Instruction is provided on setting up security in both single and multi-enterprise solutions as well as defining the appropriate Access Control List (ACL) based on profiles required. This course is highly recommended for our consulting partners and for project leaders or security administrators in the client environment. Participants will take the knowledge from the training and be able to work with the CSA in their security administration tasks.
