JDA’s Collaborate education program enables you to collaborate internally on supply chain decisions and externally with your trading partners to streamline decision making throughout your extended network. Our courses teach you to develop consensus internally on merchandise plans, demand forecasts, store assortments and replenishment plans. Externally, you learn to drive collaboration with your critical trading partners and sharing of forecasts with key suppliers and transportation suppliers. This virtual training walks you through navigation of the application, the best practices for sharing your information, the various ways to edit your data, and your system set-up capabilities.
Basics of JDA Collaborate - This course is designed to introduce the participant to JDA Collaborate and JDA Monitor applications. Participants will learn how the two applications help to achieve collaboration in a supply chain network. The course covers the key entities in both JDA Collaborate and JDA Monitor, the functionality for collaboration with trading partners, and the collaborative business process. The course combines lecture and exercises designed to enable the participants to define and optimize a supply chain collaborative network.
JDA Collaborate Functionality Upgrade Overview - This classroom session covers the key areas of new functionality within the version. Students discuss how the planning process has been enhanced and how to use that to make effective business decisions. Key topics include: terminology changes, data exchange and sharing with business partners, exception management and use.
Collaborative Services Technical Training - JDA Collaborate provides business with the ability to allow external and internal supply chain partners to collaborate on various planning component data. JDA Market Manager provides businesses with the ability to share information related to the creation, approval, planning, execution, and evaluation of market activities. This two-day instructor-led workshop provides the fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for supporting the JDA Collaborate and JDA Market Manager applications. Key topic areas include: architecture of the web applications, the installation and system configuration, batch files, and how to execute them, include a review of security and administration of maintenance.
Supply Chain Overview - Do you need a good solid foundation of what a supply chain is and the processes within the supply chain? During this one-day instructor-led workshop, participants are introduced to the components involved in successfully managing a supply chain, as well as future trends in supply chain management. This introductory course combines lecture, discussion, and exercises to expand participants’ knowledge of supply chain processes, the benefits of managing the supply chain, and the business pressures facing the supply chain today.
