Merchandise Planning 101 - This series of e-learning modules provides an introduction or refresher to the retail and merchandise planning process. The modules provide an understanding of retail, job roles, responsibilities, and relationships. You will learn the definition of planning, the reasons to plan, the steps in the planning process, and the optimal calculations to use to increase sales, decrease inventory, and maximize margins.
EP Functional Administrator - Certified EP Functional Administrators are certified Enterprise Planners who administrate the EP system or function as a team leader. They are able to improve planning and analytics by creating custom measures, perform ongoing development and maintenance, and assist the planning team in achieving their strategic objectives and goals.
Functional Administrators of Enterprise Planning Server Edition take additional training to support EP on EKB. This additional education enables learners to:
Understand the structure and data flow between EKB and EP
Determine which measures need to be mapped to EKB
Link the Enterprise Planning application to EKB
