This three-level certification program allows you to move from foundational knowledge to more advanced topics and a strategic understanding of the fulfillment business process as you grow in your role and job responsibilities.

Fulfillment Analyst I: Getting Started - This introductory certification course includes a two-day instructor-led workshop that introduces the student to the basic concepts of JDA's Fulfillment application and demonstrates how JDA Fulfillment drives replenishment activities across the demand-driven enterprise. Build your foundational skills by working with the application to process and understand replenishment plans and learn to manage daily workloads through exception management and deeper analysis of the time-phased replenishment plan.

Fulfillment Analyst II: Working Smarter - The certification course builds upon the foundational knowledge developed and mastered in the Level I certification to enable you to further refine your skills. Key topics include: finessing the plan through safety stock policy review, working with forecast consumption parameters, phasing out old products and obsolescence activities.

Fulfillment Analyst III: Leading The Way - This is the pinnacle Fulfillment certification program. At this point you have solid understanding and keen sense of your business. This certification class offers you an opportunity to refine and hone your skills from a management perspective. Leaders need to be able to manage a diverse team of analysts and drive business value through the replenishment function. With this in mind, we provide an opportunity for hands-on scenario-based learning. Through networking and group discussion we help you solve the most challenging replenishment situations from a management perspective in a workshop setting.

Basics of Fulfillment - Students of this four-day instructor-led workshop learn the fundamentals of using JDA Fulfillment to meet business needs like increasing the visibility of products as they move along the supply chain, reducing inventory levels by proactively managing inventories, and improving control of safety stock. This course includes the Overview of Fulfillment and Navigation e-learning modules to be completed before the instructor-led course.

JDA Fulfillment Upgrade Training - JDA Fulfillment Upgrade training will provide users with a detailed look at the changes introduced to the Distribution and Deployment functionality of the software in recent releases. Upgrade training is available for clients using 6.x or 7.2.x versions of the software, and covers enhancements made through version 7.6.x. Depending on your requirements, this instructor-led training runs between 1 and 2 days, and includes access to a self-paced e-Learning course on web UI navigation.

Order Optimization - Many clients use Fulfillment to manage a supply chain that includes numerous vendors supplying products into an internal distribution or retail network. Fulfillment’s Order Optimization functionality leverages 20 years of E3 experience to provide a solution that creates recommended order quantities and feasible vehicle loads that can be exported as vendor Purchase Orders. Order Optimization considers desired ordering schedules for joint ordering of multiple items from one vendor, and recommends an order for an entire vendor line that honors vendor-level and transportation constraints, lead times, calendars, and customer service level expectations with regards to safety stock. This 2 day instructor-led course includes extensive hands-on practice adding vendors to a network, setting parameters, running the Order Optimization process, and reviewing and approving orders in the user-friendly Order Review workflow pages.

Constrained Production Planning - Once you have learned the basics of JDA Fulfillment, you can add on other key areas such as creating a feasible production plan within the replenishment business area. You will learn how to use forecasts and customer demand to signal production and replenishment planning while respecting capacity constraints and other network business rules.

Building Transportation Loads - You’ve learned so much, so why not learn more about the distribution and execution stage of managing inventory? This three-hour virtual classroom session covers load building and the planning process. You will add, move, and edit loads that the system recommends and then move into automated load building while staying within the bounds of your corporate restrictions and business goals.

Working with DDR for Adaptive Forecasting & Consumption - JDA Dynamic Demand Response (DDR) helps to remove the uncertainty and variability from the process of working with promotional orders. By truly understanding your business, you can avoid stock outs, backorders and obsolete inventory all by-products of poorly managed promotional inventory situations. In this series of four virtual classroom sessions, you will learn to work with the DDR application to more effectively understand your short-term forecast, and utilize it to your advantage. Topics include:

• Setup and Generate Allocation Calendars within DDR
• Identifying Promotional Orders Using DDR

Basics of JDA Reporting - JDA Reporting is a web-based reporting solution which addresses an organization’s reporting requirements for their supply chain. JDA Reporting & Analytics provides increased network and trading partner visibility, consolidating key data elements that enable you to monitor and measure your company and supply chain performance. This three-day instructor-led workshop, designed for users responsible for building and using reports and queries, provides the fundamental knowledge and hands-on experience necessary for using the Reporting solution to manage and assess the health and performance of your business and the supply chain.

JDA Reporting Technical - This instructor-led workshop provides the basic knowledge required to install, configure, and administer the JDA Reporting application including application architecture. Participants also learn about the client tool named Framework Manager for metadata modeling and about the web user interfaces for authoring and viewing reports, Report Studio. Additional discussion will cover security settings and server administration. This workshop is targeted towards technical associates who are responsible for configuring the application and working with the metadata layer.
